It's another busy day, but in Unit 2 today, I am doing some hemming and repairs whilst @Freeman is doing some snap upgrades!

@Bailey and @Graham have been packing and sorting garments for retailers, and their shipments are just about to go out!

With the new belt loop machine, it was finally time for me to have a play and put it to the test, as this repair needed 3 new belt loops, here is a little sneak peak of one of those belt loops getting replaced.

@Jakederoche Here you go, I forgot to upload this over the weekend as I was off, but you can see there is a little bit of movement but nothing crazy, again this would probably depend on how much of the leg opening has been destroyed.

Heya @Boit, if you could give me an email at shop@ironheart.co.uk and send me some more photo's of what you would like and how you would like it to look so I have a bit of a better understanding, whilst I think we could get something done, I do worry about stitching the fabric at this point as it could cause some integrity issue to the waterproofing, but send me a email and we can talk about it once I have some more photos etc.

@Jakederoche so I can re-hem over the jeans thats not a problem, it does slightly change the hem position from its original, but that is kind of expected when your reconstructing the leg opening, but it doesn't effect the overall leg too much, I will be reheming them today so ill try and remember to get a photo to show you.

I would like to see a pullover Anorak, made with the same fabric as the shorts we done last year (IH-736), I thought the combo of the ripstop and hydrophobic coating was a cool idea and could be applied to a lightweight S/S jacket.

everyday is a repair day ️ quite enjoyed fixing up this busted up hem.

@Blueband its all good, I think it looks great and never thought about using one of these patches as a replacement before so great idea

Had a pair of 666D come in with a rather well battered and shrunk leather patch, we didn't have any extra leather patches that matched up, so the customer wanted a Japan woven patch installed instead, a great replacement I think.
