The Singapore motor show is on this weekend. it's also been raining non-stop since friday morning, not even intermittent showers, not stop pouring through the night! I have not seen the sun since friday.

with that said, I think everyone should know by now how expensive cars is in Singapore. lots of deal to be had at the motor show but it's crazy to think about when a civic or corolla costs about USD130,000.

for those that don't understand, the price consists of:

Tiered Additional registration fee (140% to 320%) on top on the OMV
Certificate of Entitlement COE (the right to own a road going car)bid based system, at which it currently stands between USD60k to 90k for a piece of paper
Import taxes and GST
Dealer Margin (est to be about 30k per car they sell)

first off, picking up my triumph from servicing. the local dealer carries triumph, Guzzi and Vespa.

next up dropping the car off for a wash. happen to spot a very nice M4 (CSL?) there too..

@Matt I would just classify them as indie..

a lot of brit bands from that generation I've listened to growing up was sort of classified in that genre

the arctic monkeys, mystery jets, last shadow puppets, the kooks, two door cinema club..etc

that building looks like the perfect spot for a lookbook!

I'm more of a tonkatsu ramen person. but that bowl of shoyu makes me feel hungry...

last weekend a monsoon swell came in and it poured non stop from friday till monday. proper rain, none of that drizzly shit. also been raining intermittently over the whole week and this weekend. unfortunately that means no Wabash and the cordura riders jacket comes out.

headed home after work last night thinking it was going to pour. seeing a gap in the rain and cloud cover, I headed out for a petrol run. so just to entertain you all, here's a shot clip tunnel blasting..

@Oaktavia I used to do it when I first got into raw denim. but at some point I forgot or lost track of the days of wear/ washes etc. also, nowadays, I wash it quite frequently so the less I'll remember. I don't want my head to hurt from thinking too hard hahaha
