I have the same shirt and mine is maybe a micro smidge too small but I still love it. It is super cardboardy at the beginning. As the fabric loosens over time the digging into your body will ease up.

Hoffman 6" EH Comp Toe Armor Pro Zero break in, comfortable as hell, ACTUALLY fully waterproof, tall enough heel to climb safely but also short enough to walk around in all day, not dirt cheap but not insanely expensive.

I have this. Been wearing it to work on and off for two years. Love the hickory stripe but it can give you a headache if you look at it closely. The fading potential is limited for sure. I wash the crap out of it too.

Yep Weird Guy fits that bill pretty well. Caution with getting jeans that aren't tight initially though because they'll stretch!
