Dang that hat is crazy. I’d love to put one of those through the paces. I expect you’re right that it would be way too hot to be practical. Maybe also a little heavy.

My 79 is still strong, but primaloft 08 that I have has a failing zip. The plasticky part on the male half of the zip is cracked and worn, which causes the zipper to have a hard time getting seated and engaged. Sounds like the same problem. I’ve always assumed I will eventually have to replace the whole zipper.

Might just be a 634.

The arcs probably got picked out, @endo . If they’re really boot cut, I would suspect 461, which I think has had a button fly version? But, if those have never been made with buttons, I’m stumped.

Still looks a little small to me, but if you love it and it’s comfortable that’s what matters most!

Chapulines (crickets) is one of my favorite street snacks in Mexico. Fried in garlic and tossed with chile, lime and salt. What’s not to like?! They’re extra good sprinkled on guacamole.

I think a black sst would maybe sell a little better. I love my indigo ones. I also really miss my ignition stretch jeans. That denim was great.

I’m willing to bet that the new sbg type 3 will be a similar cut to all the latest releases of modified type 3s. The old run didn’t sell very well because it was short and the arms were cut pretty wide. I love mine. It reminds me of the 90s Levi’s trucker jackets.

@KA56 these will stretch, and probably a similar amount to the 21oz denim. That said, half an inch of stretch is a lot for the thigh. I always look at thigh measurements. With the 21oz denim, if I “need” anything over about a quarter inch of stretch, I’ve learned I’m better off either sizing up or asking the crew to find me the biggest thigh measurement in the batch. Unless the waist gape will be significant, I usually just err on the side of the size up. Tight work pants aren’t the play, anyway.
