And today my wife has me building a raised garden bed. I really like how breathable this denim is. Yes, the slubbiness is insane (I’ll take some macro shots later), the attention to detail is very iron heartish, but the denim itself is soft and enjoyable right out of the bag. It still maintains that stiffness that I enjoy, but it doesn’t “punish me” right off the bat. Those that have broken in 25oz know what I’m talking about. I wore them in church this morning, and my wife leaned over and whispered “stop rubbing your thighs, it’s weird”, haha, it has that kind of texture that you want to just touch and rub them [emoji23]

Trying to get some fishing fades on this new denim. I have over ten pairs of different iron hearts, this is my favorite iron heart denim to date. Oh yeah, and we caught some Monchong, cleaned them on the truck tail gate while eating them raw and drinking beer [emoji907][emoji225][emoji158]
** they look darker from the thigh down in the first pic because I had to get in the water to get the boat in [emoji2369]

The fun starts tomorrow #[emoji158][emoji289]
My initial impression…. wow, just wow. A picture doesn’t do this 3D texture enough justice.
These are going to be fun [emoji1690]

Just an idea, you could dip both your sleeves in hot water, then put the jacket on and set the creases in the elbows. Let dry. This should shorten the overall length of the sleeves.

^^^two words…Wow! and How??
Well, I wore it for two years while hiking glaciers in Remote Interior Alaska [emoji902]

A year on, how the world has change since.
Crazy isn’t. 2020 has been one trippy year.

It’s -36F today. One thing I love about Alaska, I can comfortably wear 25oz denim and flannels every single day of the year.

@Giles , It is just too hard to find another human to hold the camera out here in remote Alaska, and the polar bears are entirely too clumsy when it comes to holding an iPhone. Drone is the only way to take a selfie
How would one clean a wool-lined denim jacket? Can you just throw it into the washing machine and air dry it?
I did. I put it in the Dryer too. I got a size big for that very reason. I do the same for all my UHFs.

OH MY GOODNESS [emoji2962]
This makes me want to send my 25oz vest back in for some upgrades [emoji33]
That is absolutely amazing!

Yeah man, everything is lined up perfectly. In my opinion, any bigger and it will “Drape” on you, instead of having the fitted look it currently has. But that’s just my opinion.

I think the fit “looks” perfect, how does it feel?
