The verdict?
Well, I won't make any comments on durability etc, but the fit is good, a little tiny bit on the tight side with my ordinary thick wool socks, but a-ok with thinner socks. They are unlined, so a fair bit lighter than for instance my alden indys.
The santalum rubber sole looks good and the rubber/leather heel feels good so far. They are a bit less black and more a dark/matte grey, but some black shoe polish will fix that right up i suspect.
So far, I'm quite happy with how they turned out, will make a more thorough review later.

toe guardsi picked up these for $120(include vibram sole)
so,what do you guys think about this boots?are these worth it or not? -
$120 those are pretty nice. I like the black tongue looks great
