So my dad got this bottle from his brother in law… He gave it to me... I've no idea what it's called... I open it: tons of delicious scents... I pour it: fucking foam's exactly like that of a Rochefort 10... It's a bit dryer though, bit sour even... And not as complex... But as this was apparently made at home by a beer afficionado, it's not bad at all!..
I've named it THE PANSY KNIGHT… As it goes down without a fight...

It'll be very similar to Seuls posts. Though we do not have all the correct glasses. We tried to buy as many as possible today, but we failed on 2 counts…
1) They did not have a pair of every glass we wanted/needed
2) They woud not let us pay for them but gave them to us as gifts.....Jeez, these Belgish, I may have to come back.......

Just out of curiosity- are there any restrictions on transporting that much beer across borders? Pretty sure moving that much beer across state lines requires a liquor license here in the US.

Not within the European Union. You are allowed to transport enough tobacco and alcohol as you like as long as it is for "personal use". "Personal use" is not exactly a tight definition so does lead to some farcical situations. Taxes on booze and baccy are very high in the UK, so "booze and baccy" runs to the continent are part of our culture…..

And there's the difference- due to our Prohibition and bootlegger history, quantities are explicitly laid out, to avoid "misunderstandings".
