How To Ruin Your Reputation On A Forum And Troll Your Own Sales Thread
-
It is the seller's responsibility to set prices, provide descriptions and pictures and explain shipping terms and restrictions. Private shipping companies like UPS and FedEx, as well as national postal services like the USPS have shipping calculators on their websites to estimate more accurately what your cost may be. This should not be the responsibility of the buyer.
If you're not interested in doing the minimum amount of effort to provide accurate and complete information for potential buyers, perhaps you should reconsider having a sales listing.

Actually Chris it's not the responsibility of the seller. I'm a father with a construction job not a retail store. I posted some wallets that I think are priced extremely low for what they are. If someone is interested in buying a wallet from me and can't do the grunt work to figure out how much it costs to ship to them then tough luck. Since you seem so concerned and obviously are an expert on shipping you tell them how much it costs to ship to them. I'm not trying to come off as a jerk but if I see something that is a good deal I'm not going to let a shipping question get in the way.

if you want people to buy your items, you NEED to put out all the informations needed to let people know what's going on! even just a rough guess on shipping costs (20-50USD) would help! if it isn't the correct amount in the end,you can always adjust your price prior to shipping (wrap up the package take it to the postoffice and get a quote on the shipping costs, pm seller, done)…simple as that!
and as Chris noted, there are shipping cost calculators for almost every service of shipping...determine weight of wrapped package, add country code and you're done! shit takes less than 3minutes yo!... -
To demonstrate why NORTHSTAR, imagine I want to buy your items, and i say it costs $10 to ship to Australia. You haven't looked into it, I pay you funds, inc shipping, and it ends up costing $40 to ship to Australia. There's now a $30 gap and huge hassles for both parties.
Goodluck, I believe you have the best of intents, and these are great prices!

Most entertaining IH thread for 2013 thus far.

Well then hook a brotha up with some shipping costs Yo! Really? Yo? Yo you're wack finn666.Who even says Yo anyways. Bottom line is this best case scenario I sell some wallets. Worst case scenario I don't sell any wallets. Who gives a flying 747 fuck. You guys on here take this way too serious. I don't need your arrogant sarcastic comments. Dude we are talking about wallets…... wallets.... But the craziest part about all this is that people are complaing about at the most $50 for a shipping cost for a wallet that probably is going into a pair of jeans that cost at least $200 or more. Fascinating.
