avocado is my favourite by now…i think the meat next to it is chicken wrapped in bacon

the recipe of what?

the fries: slice sweet potatoe in pieces, add oil, salt and pepper and put in oven…done!

the patties: 200-300g tuna, 2 eggs, 3-4tbsp. ground almonds, salt&pepper, chopped leek. mix everything together, let it set for ~5minutes, form&grill patties...enjoy!

and if i think about it, today is day7 with at least one dish of zucchini a day…fecking love it

9lbs of red currants (from a bush Alex bought me for a birthday 3 years ago) about to become red currant jelly….

The juice will now drain through muslin (and surrounded by fishing paraphernalia) overnight…..
