I'm a 32" (maybe very slightly less) waist and went for size 30. They do shrink quite a lot after an initial soak but only very slightly in the waist in my experience. The width on the leg after a soak is slim but not too slim, which is exactly what I was after. There's a nice heavy weight to the cloth. I'd say sizing down by two would be the way to go in most cases.
I can get a fit pic later on if it would be helpful?

Inventory Stockroom is going to be getting this Jacket…. Contact them and see if you can reserve a 40.... I think they should have it in a week

It's hefty as shit. A very warm and stylish coat.

Thinking about picking up a pair of the Buco horsehide engineer boots. Is there anyone around here who has them and can shed some light on sizing?
I'm a 7.5 in Whites/ Red Wing.

Please share your thoughts. I love mine so much and find it to be extremely warm.

Nice one Sir i'll try to get back at you soon, a bit busy right now
Picked up the navy N-1 from Blue in Green today. Couldn't pass it up. It's cold as hell in NYC so we'll see how warm it is. Fit pics when I get a chance.
Andi superb please share when you have time, great jacket

I don't. Are you drawing them tight and then knotting them? They don't have toggles or anything to make them stay drawn. Did they come with slip knots on them? I believe you are supposed to "move" that slip knot further up the string in order to tighten that up. Is this making sense, kinda hard to describe.

Glad to hear, hope you can get that draft deal figured out. Mine I think is snug enough, or perhaps I layer enough under it, to where that hasn't been an issue. The insulation is super warm though and wind has zero chance.
