Mmmmmmmmmmm
You amateurs* need to know though that, when opening a geuze, you should:
- not unscrew the metal lid, first put your hand on top of the cork
- unscrew metal lid and screw the cork upwards with a towel for grip
- not let it PLOP, the less sound it makes the better
- have a glass ready
- warning: some kind of humour might be applied here… Germans be aware!..
-
Oddly enough the cork on this bottle gave way with very little effort. I was quite surprised to say the least. Despite some minute waste it was still so damn good!

Surprisingly decent one.
I'm going to have to go back and see if I can find some more from this brewery. Maybe if I find some more of these, I'll try cellaring a couple, just to see what happens.

Never seen that one Giles, I'll have to keep me eyes peeled. The wife and I are celebrating my birthday and I was hoping for a Left Hand Brewery Nitro Sawtooth (prob my favorite tap), but ended up with a Schlafly Oatmeal Stout. Nice and dark, smooth and easy to drink. An overall winner.
