That is a fine pair of engineer boots! I love the height of Viberg's engineer and the toe profile is just right.
I've got a new pair of service boots winging their way to me. Photos soon.

Thx a lot @Sugar Mountain … Yep - I'm very satisfied with them (especially in the winter months)

I'm posting in the Viberg thread on behalf of @Black Orchid regarding her new Viberg Engineer Boots in Black Horsehide, Vibram 700 Sole, Box Toe, 310 Last, size 6D, courtesy of @FOXY.
Posting a few pics for our collective enjoyment. I reckon they make a great combination -
Kuul Boots @Finkster nice
Very nice @Black OrchidThese are my pretty worn and still in Great condition horsebutts for VMC 25th anni in Sept 2011. the only viberg engineers built on the 2030 last including a very very narrow toe. Extremely rare and beautiful. Unfortunately my feet cant pull em off any more, they served me so well in all these years now but i think i will let em go…aargh in the marketplace soon size 8

Gorgeous @davito shame you can't wear them anymore… Any reason why?

My feet got sensitive over the years and I worn These pretty Hardcore in rain, snow and mud always reliable they are indestroyable, so in fact although these are tagged UK8 they feel now like a very tight US8 due to the molding and shaping. I can wear em with thin socks but its a struggle somehow especially in warmer weather as i like wearing Boots the whole year
@Black Orchid Thank you ma'am

Thanks @davito that's kind of what I thought… Feet are sensitive things [emoji57]

I swear my feet have gotten bigger over the years - I blame it on gravity…
Sad to say @Bluegrass that's exactly right re feet getting larger with age.. and gravity= oy.

Hahaha! Reptilian Steeze
Bison__ 'thought they were albino boa leather @1st glance= texture x yellow/olive-greenish shades
'Wasn't really sure if I can pull it off [70s retro vibe, ie], but I really liked the uniqueness of the make up & noticed how well they were made__ upon close inspection.Snagging a pair of a limited prod'n/MTO service boots make up that appeals to me will always be out there, but [these] will never be made, ever.
'Been wearing them a lot lately … 'Seems to go well w/ more repro cuts, IMO ... will post waywt when able

Shameless Plug:
I don't usually do [this], but I'm so excited & I'll just explode if I hold it in any longer
Styleforum is currently conducting a Viberg GMTO__ an activity FOK does 2-3x a year. This round he's going to have a very interesting Engineer Tobacco Chamois on 2005 x Cat's Paw heels+half soles, called the HOPPER on the pre-sale block.
The highlight of this fab make up is leather itself. Nice weight for an engineer's__ similar thickness & density as Horween CXL used by Viberg w/ less stretch factor, as per FOK.
I've been more of a lace-up kinda guy … just cuz I like the feeling of being comfortably snug&secured down there ... Plus, I don't think I got steeze to pull off an engineer's
FOK had quite a few unique, tastefully stylish make-ups, to date, eg, [personal fave] "Tan Bison Scout" on white Mini Ripple soles__ too bad they were on 2030 last, w/c is too sleek for my fEEt.
Thankfully, comes the HOPPER! I don't want to regret passing up this fabulous make up, so I'm putting my money where my mouth is ….. Pre-sale will commence sometime next week. Will keep you guys posted__ if interested.
Here's a mock-up of the HOPPER make up proposed by StickyDonk:
