possibility of a custom sized shirt? biggerer.

I doubt the side seems are meant for alteration, but simply to keep with the proportions in sync with the smaller sizes, that way a 24" chest on an XXL lopped wheeled tee doesn't have a 48" opening at the bottom. Loopedwheeled stuff is heard to do, I'm guessing that's why you see more loopwheeled sweat shirts than Tshirts - on sweats you can put a ribbed hem along the bottom and pull in the fabric, where as a tshirt is much more difficult.

Giles explains the loopwheeling process here
If you pick up the video at around 3:20, there's an explanation of sizing with loopwheel shirts and why they aren't bigger. Though putting in a side seam allows them to be made wider, it does have constructional drawbacks.More general info about loopwheeling can be found here.

Seeing as we are on the topic on t-shirts. Does anyone have recombinations for light weight T's. Off to the Caribbean in a few weeks, somehow I think my heavy weight 3sixteen along with IH T's aren't going to be doing me many favours in the heat.

I just got some Lady White Co. Shipped to me today - I'm in the same boat - sold off my MFSC tees cause they were too snug and opted for the LWC as the more affordable approach. I got both the 2-pack blue and black regular and a white Clark pocket tee - I'll let you know how they are!

Will Self Edge be taking on any of the 14oz denim for their exclusive cuts? (I'm thinking the 633N 17oz cut specifically).
