Giles explains the loopwheeling process here
If you pick up the video at around 3:20, there's an explanation of sizing with loopwheel shirts and why they aren't bigger. Though putting in a side seam allows them to be made wider, it does have constructional drawbacks.More general info about loopwheeling can be found here.

Seeing as we are on the topic on t-shirts. Does anyone have recombinations for light weight T's. Off to the Caribbean in a few weeks, somehow I think my heavy weight 3sixteen along with IH T's aren't going to be doing me many favours in the heat.

I just got some Lady White Co. Shipped to me today - I'm in the same boat - sold off my MFSC tees cause they were too snug and opted for the LWC as the more affordable approach. I got both the 2-pack blue and black regular and a white Clark pocket tee - I'll let you know how they are!

Will Self Edge be taking on any of the 14oz denim for their exclusive cuts? (I'm thinking the 633N 17oz cut specifically).

Cheers.

Why are work shirts generally have longer sleeves than their western shirt counter part? My 126 has an almost perfect length of about 26", while my 127 is 25"…? Same size too. Also the body length.
At the same time, my 2 64s and 92 in XL are PERFECT in every way in fit for me. Length is dead on on the 92 and slightly long(which I am always ok with) on the 64s.
Also...anyway to flatten out or bring in the "flaps" I always notice on work shirts? I would guess I could tuck a little fabric back and sew them so it would be a streamline fit, but curious if there is an easier way to stop them from sticking out? Thanks!
