Man, that sucks. I ordered some gear one time for a fundraiser I was doing and it never came. Turned out to be a phoney website. Luckily they took credit cards so the credit card company was able to find them and their contact phone number through their authorization key/number or somehow. Maybe your bank could do something similar and find out their phone number so you can report it somehow?

That'll be my next step. I've contacted Cutler and Gross to inform them that said business is ripping off customers and clearly I'm not the only person they've done this to:

I tracked down the owner and another employee via social media and messaged them directly and I haven't gotten a response yet and probably won't. I probably won't be able to perform a chargeback as it was purchased with a Mastercard Debit card through my Health Flexible Spending Account and any funds that aren't used by the end of the year are forfeited…

I was thinking the other day, since I keep seeing "Raw & Unwashed" profiles pop up more and more, I figured some of the "old timers" could compile their list of "top 5" Iron Heart items that they have/had and enjoy the most. Essentially a "what items does every IH Fan "need" to start their collection, "thread."
Does this already exist? If not, does anyone else think this is a cool idea?

Simple :
A pair of jeans in the 21oz and a UHF

so much for me being original, huh haha

I don't think there is a top 5 for me. I've loved all the Iron Heart items I've owned over the years, and I honestly believe that what IH do gets better every year.
There are things/ items/ pieces, whatever you want to call them, which I sincerely believe IH do better than anyone else. These would be….
Heavy denim
Heavy flannels
Deck jackets
Denim shirts
Variety of denims, which aren't just a bit gimmickyFor me, nobody touches IH on any of the above. The combination of Haraki and Giles means we get Japanese craftsmanship which fits the western build, and that's the winner.
