IH-634S-PD - Indigo 14oz Money Denim Straight Cut
-
Just wanted to post some updated pics. These were filthy so I gave them a wash. They have about six weeks of 5 day a week work wear. They really get white on high friction areas. I'm very happy with how they have evolved in a short period of time. To be fair a week of working wear is about equivalent to a month of casual wear for me. Here are the results.

Good to see some feedback already!
I picked up these again just to try on after being away from a month. My first thoughts where how soft the denim is.
The fit on me is amazing, the top block I dare say is perfect. The legs are a little wider than I have worn in previous years but nothing crazy… now to patiently wait for a year or two or four to wear them.

Cfk87, really dig the yen/yang back pocket effect.

Thanks @mikebarhoot
Those dots are an unintended consequence of using a little baby wallet with snaps. Instead of turning it around it's more comfortable to carry it with the snaps facing out. -
So I'm back in them today. They are tight but livable now. The waist and top block is perfect though.
This denim is incredible. The weave is mesmerizing, I think because the weft is such a small diameter it really makes the indigo pop on the side you can see the weave. Although for the same reason, I swear they feel like sandpaper on my thighs. My first impression on putting these on was that thought and that they were going to rub my thighs raw, we shall see. These also rival the darkest denims I have worn, even the 23oz, because the tight weave.
These are my new summer denim, wearing them with a pretty decent cuff.
It's good to be back in Iron Hearts. I wore some dry bones for the last few months that were natural indigo and hank dyed. While the fabric is stunning and beautiful, the build quality and features just weren't there and was something I have missed.

Been wearing these for several very sweaty days. I'm going to wash them, since the smell is… unpleasant. -
The fabric on these jeans is amazing! -
Really tempted by these in the SE sale this weekend…

The yenim is really unique. I'm interested in seeing how it fades over the years. My pair might start looking good around 2026.
