In case you were wondering Samus Returns is one one of the very best games I've ever played. This kind of blows Super Metroid out of the water. (Possibly my favorite game ever besides Castlevania SOTN). And is punishingly difficult and also rewarding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

I bought an Oculus Rift a few months ago. I'm not much of a gamer, I got it mainly for flying a fighter jet sim in VR. Tonight I downloaded the Paranormal Activity game because I figured I'd get in the Halloween spirit. Took me about fifteen minutes to decide Fuck That Shit.  ??? Pretty sure I'm just gonna go ahead and stay up all night with every light in the house on.

Witcher 3 is worth taking some time over. It's in my top 10 list of the most memorable games I've played in the last 41 years.

Yep, the Witcher 3 is the best action RPG of the last 10 years and a good contender for best RPG ever, right besides legends like Baldurs Gate 2.

I can also recomend Divinity Original Sin 2. Allready 80h in and it is still very good.

I'm interested in Witcher 3, but do I need to play the predecessors to pick it up, or can I jump right in?

I'm currently working my way through Fallout 4 which is long even if you stick to the base story line(s).  Significant change of pace after wrapping up Resident Evil 7 and Titanfall 2.
