Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?

Such a shame! The UHR denim is incredible and it really is surprising it didn't receive the appreciation it deserves.
shame. i agree..
-
@Giles any clue as to why there wasn't a huge demand for this denim considering it's such a great fabric?
-
When we originally released it, it sold very well. Then when we relaunched it, demand was a lot slower.
My view is that it is really a rather specialist denim, you need to work hard to get the best out of it and you can screw the denim up quite badly if you don't do the right things in the early days. It's also pretty pricey.

Since this is my first shot at the UHR, how do you avoid screwing them up quite badly? Any tips and tricks for breaking them in?
I expect you’ll get UHR washing instructions in the package and you can find them on the main site too. Long story short, you need to avoid creases when soaking and/or washing as they’ll leave weird lines and marbling.

Sounds simple enough. Thank you!
No probs. Here’s the long version:

Isn't the UHR the warmest denim IH has made? That's always one of my major considerations when buying.
-
Are you going to whine about how hot it is in Texas now? I'd just move to Canada if I was you…
Nah, it's basically like I'm living in Canada already. It's only 25°C today. Folks are breaking out the parkas.

UHR product care guidelines:
Oops. I didn’t do that at all with mine. I did a hot soak in the tub (wearing them) and never looked back. I think the last run of the 666’s didn’t move very well because of the sizing. They’re on the big size for a 666… if I remember correctly.

I was born and raised in West Virginia and I will never forget my first Canadian Winter day when I moved to Ottawa Ontario. Bright, beautiful, and snow everywhere (waist high). It was also -35c that day. Needless to say I didn’t have any true cold weather gear, but promptly bought some.

why the need for a run through the washing machine after the initial soak on these?
