Witcher 3 is worth taking some time over. It's in my top 10 list of the most memorable games I've played in the last 41 years.

I'm interested in Witcher 3, but do I need to play the predecessors to pick it up, or can I jump right in?
I'm currently working my way through Fallout 4 which is long even if you stick to the base story line(s). Significant change of pace after wrapping up Resident Evil 7 and Titanfall 2.

I just cashed in hotel points for $1500 worth of Amazon gift cards to get a sweet gaming PC. I had to drive back to Pittsburgh to swap out some equipment and got to see my monitor today and I am so excited!!

I agree regarding the chains and I have to get used to the slower play style. Overall the game is incredible and stunning. I am finding the game much much more difficult then any of the other games in the series.

yeah. i hate those dark elves that fly. they're the worst so far. the difficulty level and challenge is very much welcomed. although, sometimes i tend to get a little frustrated..

Ended up getting to come home and set up the new PC. It is glorious.. after playing at 144hz and G-sync, it is gonna tough to go back to a console again.
The ultra wide 21:9 monitor is pretty awesome. Wish it was 4k. But I don't have that much money to spend on a monitor.
