yeah. everyone makes mistakes. even the world's best. i suppose he's not the kind that you would classify as consistent in error. he's without a doubt the best in the world right now.
I personally think Manuel Neuer tops him but DeGea is definitely the next best.

Next @Seul is going to emigrate to Mexico…
I don't like to say it, but Mexico's win was not undeserved. Our guys played as if in a training match, particularly in the first half.
I fear for the dryness of our Belgian friends jeans, if not his sanity, if our team should get eliminated in the group stage. Now if that's not a good reason to rout for the, pardon, ze Germans in the next few games...

the world cup has been boring me. the games aren't that exciting and almost everything seems to revolve around the stupid VAR and penalties!!

I'm not sure I agree …look at the post match stats. 26 shots by Germany (13 on target I believe), 67% possession, 8 corners to Mexicos 1, ....two shots off the post by Germany? I know games aren't played on paper and stats don't mean everything but you cant argue with those numbers. Germany were pretty relentless with their pressure but Mexico just defended their hearts out and looked dangerous on the counter.
Don't get me wrong Mexico deserved a result and they are a great team. I'm a fan of Mexico, went to a game here in Phoenix a few years ago and saw them beat Uruguay and the Mexico fans are second to none. Any game they play in Cali, Arizona, or Texas might as well be a home game for them...their 2nd home stadiums. Amazing atmosphere. Great job by El Tri.

ENG -ER - LAND
I'm trying not to get overly excited, but I always do! Enjoyed last night's match and sharing text camaraderie with @Alex and my youngest sister Rachel. She celebrated a big birthday last week and this message last night made us laugh:
"You know you're getting old when you stop perving at the players and find yourself thinking what a nice group of young lads they look ???"

oh well. among the few games that i chose to watch, they were really boring. and unfortunately the game between mexico and germany was one that i missed. so i couldn't really comment about that. but it seems like a very tactical battle in the middle of the park amongst most games. along with the fact that there's already been about 9/10 penalties given because of VAR..
i watched the england game last night. first half was frustrating but the second half was way better when they actually tried to attack. unfortunately lingard, sterling and ali were the ones i rate the worst trying to dribble through everyone. when rashford came on, the dynamics of the game changed. this will be the year england wins it!! hahaha
