WESTWORLD is annoying me… Still the same absolute dogshit soundtrack/ music... I never liked Bernard, or Dolores, or Maeve, so this is kind of a hard watch for me...

Westworld started to lose me last season. I’ve watched the first two or three ep’s of this season and I am not really feeling it - and I love Dolores. Even with her in a little black dress and heels, at her most badass, plus Jesse from Breaking Bad playing Jesse from Breaking Bad, it is still leaving me cold.

I will continue to watch westworld for the eye candy and the crazy special effects. Season 2 was a little incomprehensible and a LOT violent, and 3 has so far proven to be a little more straightforward but therefore less provocative. Aaron Paul also really grates on me here, not sure why, so he’s not a welcome addition. At least Ed Harris is still around to chew scenery. It just got picked up for another season.

Overall, considering that I’m spending a couple hours watching TV a day, I’m invested enough to keep going.

@Palmer  Another Life on Netflix is decent. High Life on Amazon Prime. I swear there was another great sci-fi series that I had watched last year on HBO or Netflix or Hulu but I can’t find it or remember what it was called.

Did the yearly rewatch of True Detective S1. S2 is still a disappointment, but S3 was a nice return to form. The new season of Bosch was much better than the preview.

Excited to break into the newer seasons of Curb Your Enthusiasm finally.

We took the boy to London comic-con back in February and whilst we were waiting for him and his mates to do their thing we stumbled across a panel for this show with a talk from the creator Gareth Evans (of The Raid fame) which was an awesome little experience, looking forward to getting the time to hammer out this season, the pub fight scene looks immense!

Just finished up season 5 of Better Call Saul and it was worth the wait.
Now to find something else that I can sink my teeth into…Also watching The Last Dance about the Michael Jordan years with the Chicago Bulls.Highly recommend it for any NBA fans...or sports fans in general.
