I dont think the Ferarri is that bad this year, they have a driver with no experience who couldn't tell you what a good car is meant to feel like and another driver who doesn't really care what it feels like. The Mercs have just got ALOT better and so have all the other teams, McLaren/Racing Point/Renault. A deserved win by Lewis, even though I cant stand the guy.

@Chesson although as soon as the FIA stopped Ferrari doing 'whatever they were doing illegally' last season, their car become mid-table pretty much straight away and havent improved this season, while everyone else has. So maybe their car was a dog and the speed/engine issue covered how bad the car was?
Agree, a deserved win from Lewis, looking forward to next weeks now!

@Steve The Ferrari's dont have stright line speed issue now though, Seb has been complaining that the car is unbalanced and unstable in the corners. At silverstone they had the second fastest top speed in the traps, so the engine is still strong. Aero is all wrong. It's all above Alonso back in the McLaren next season now though!

Yep, Lewis does not need to barge people off the track to win….
he's had his fair share of barging.. just ask albon and rosberg..
-
this never gets old, i never get tired of watching it
to top it off with this joke from vettel in 2015. they actually did it..

Hope Grosjean recovers soon. That was a nasty crash. the angels were definitely with him today.
-
I believe I heard the commentators mention he had second degree burns and a few bruised ribs. wasn't good watching it live just seen the fireball and watching him jump out of the fire when they deemed it okay to show the replays. would've been a whole different story if he was knocked unconscious which thankfully he wasn't.
there was certainly something about fires and this race. Perez's car caught on fire at the end too.
