@VoodooRay Thank you so much for this photo. What an evolution!

@Karol thanks for the kind words. Structurally it's still as good as new! I may need to get a larger size at some point though, unfortunately - it's getting a bit fitted on me as the years go by, can't imagine how :).
-
@VoodooRay I know exactly what you mean Happens to all of us. No better time to buy one but now.
Courtesy of @goosehd I know that the pictures of well-worn N1s are scarce. Would you be so kind to post some more? -
@Karol I was pretty tempted buy the new A-2 deck jacket for layering and using this one with just a tee and thermal.. here’s a few more pics for you.
-
@VoodooRay Thank You!
Those photos are awesome. I have been scrolling them several times now, and every time I see some new cool thing. Overall, what a great specimen! I hope mine will look like that after all the years.
I could not find it earlier in the posts, but has this model been coated in any way? -
@Karol No bother bro! the coat hasn't been treated, I think there might be a bit of sheen from the sunlight through the window. I promise that I'm not a gross person but I've never washed it either, it just never needed it! I would like to wash it to see how it looks after but I'm worried if it shrank, even a small amount, then it wouldn't fit so well anymore.

@VoodooRay Recently @Nik was washing his N1:

and it does shrink a bit. You would have to commit to the Tee or thermal option. Mind you, jacket in this example is indigo N1, so You should get different results.It just occurred to me that I don't know the dying method for the 12oz whipcord. I quickly looked at other jackets using this material and it's never mentioned. @AdamJ do You know? Im guessing sulphur?
