What is the consensus on H. Moser & Cie? Could someone point me to a place where I could gather more information on them? There seems to be very little on WatchUSeek…
Very high quality timepieces and great work w/r/t fumé dials. Most of what I've learned about them has been from HODINKEE however there's a nice sub forum on The Rolex Forum for Moser owners. I'd suggest popping in there and seeing what their take is on them for day-to-day wear. You eyeing any of them in particular? Perhaps the Streamliner? Happens to be a favorite of mine even if I've yet to do a hands-on with it.

Yeah, the green fume Streamliner… ???
SO GOOD. Plus the movement is just wonderful with its finishing man…

I love their sense of humor too, like their “Apple Watch” and their cheese watch. Way out of my price range but amazing stuff.

The movement on the (blue dial) streamliner chrono is out of this wold.

I had very unchristian thoughts about the Vantablack moon-phase they did a couple of years ago…
They are nicely made, have lovely dials. The finishing seems excellent. And they have a real sense of humour, whereas other brands tend to be rather straight laced.

I do like the Apple Watch too…
It does a lot of things for a lot of people. I always appreciate the people who double wrist: Apple Watch on one wrist, mechanical watch on another.

@henry_david I should have been more specific, sorry.
I meant this one…....

I've never seen the back of an Apple watch, but I bet it don't look like this.....

Hahahah yes, yes that Apple Watch. I'm totally in love with that movement. INSANE.

The last version of it is absolutely brilliant! It uses Apple's "spinning wheel" as the seconds combined with an amazingly black dial. If money were no option, it would be mine
-
It's the one I linked to, no?
Yeah, that's the one. The first one (https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/h-moser-swiss-alp-watch-concept-black-minute-repeater-tourbillon) was a tourbillon minute repeater with the tourbillon exposed dial-side and no visible hand-set.

It is, was at work w/ spotty net & couldnt open the link. Love that watch [emoji16]

I've been tempted to do this. Not quite there yet, but can see the day.. the apple watch for 'tracking'/'stuff'. Rolley for time.. Irony being the apple keeps better time

so have I. but I've felt that I'll do it for a few months because it's exciting and new, and then give up after that.. in which, I would've wasted money on an Apple Watch.
