Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?
-
@Weft:
Unsure if I’ve missed anything or how long since these will have been suggested, but…
-
lightweight short sleeve hickory shirt
-
re-run of inverse/white wabash in short sleeve and button-down (did the Haraki button-down sell well?)
-
brown duck shorts
-
indigo shorts
-
hear me out… Iron Heart wellies!
+1 for suggestions 1,2,and 5

Since the double weave corduroy is back, I want a re-run of this. https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=4097.0 Exactly as it was, but with the sizing fixed. Snaps are what makes it! Would consider other colors, but black would be my first choice.

I’d love to see this in the brown/beige with white fleece as well…..I’ll make sure to do my part to move the 6634s this fall as it would make a sick tuxedo to have matching corduroy pants and jacket.

Black UHR jeans
-
I dont know. Dye them black?
-
Not to pile on, but raw or loomstate can't be reconciled with garment dying–OD UHR is a contradiction in terms, since the OD process dampens the fabric and makes it no longer raw.

Gotta say this linen blend work shirt is amazingly breathable in this hot summer heat. Linen has always been completely out of my radar as a fabric until I picked up this shirt and now I just want more option of it. Had the idea yesterday; “I wondered if someone might make some nice
linen summer pants?” As I Scrolled through some amazing options i also had the thought; “With the introduction of easy shorts and the possibility of easy pants! Maybe a linen blend could find there way into one of these fits!” :o -
That’s an intriguing idea ^

Couldn’t a UHR be created with black threads where the indigo ones normally are? Same raw state, no processing, just a different dye than indigo on the thread.
Yes, of course, that is possible. But historically, black warp/natural weft denim sells really badly. We still have dozens of rolls of 21oz that I thought was a brilliant idea and we can't think of anything to do with it, because the few products we tried bombed…...

Which blows my mind because I thought that fabric in the 777 cut looked so nice….I had to sell my pair unfortunately because I sized wrong.
