@idiome Wouldn't black electrical tape just make it stand out more?
@Giles:The safest thing to do would be to black Sharpie the yellow…...
If that does not solve the problem, then cut the label above and below the constructional stitching and "unweave" the label so that you can pull it out of the constructional stitching….
This is what I would do if I wanted to get rid of it…(but I don't mind them and find them unobtrusive)
-
It's only risky if you are ham-fisted
In point of fact, the least risky option is to cut the label down the middle (between the 2 rows of constructional stitching) with sharp straight-edged scissors. "Unweave" the label from the centre towards the constructional stitching, when you can unweave no more, pull the remains though the constructional stitching….

not to belabor and take off track, but the method outlined here is what's worked for me before on one tag I felt like removing. Fine tipped sharp scissors, cut along both rows of constructional stitching as close as I was comfortable and then slowly teased out the long fibers using the sharp point of the scissors or a clothes pin. Just prepare yourself with 10-15 minutes, sit down, use good lighting, and go gentle. No need for a tailor if you're at all handy imo.
To get back on track, has anyone gotten theirs yet? Curious to see this layered over a vest, hoodie, or possibly even a jacket. Find myself going between wanting this as a regular shirt or layering over the things above.

Won’t be able to try mine until November. It is waiting for me in Merry Olde England.

Pro tip from a father of 2 boys: use a washable marker. -
Been waiting for this one for years! I had picked up a size L a while back, and it's great over a sweater, but I wanted one of these to wear over a T, so this is a size M (one size down from my standard UHF). I don't have multiple sizes of much, but this is such a staple piece. I mean, brown duck goes so well with indigo!
Anyhow, HUGE shout-out to my boy @Graham who went above & beyond in getting me the right shirt this time.
Sorry for the unruly beard, it's overdue for a trim:

What a beast!
Room for a wabby
Room for a hoody
Institutional monochrome mode
I think it would be a pain in the ass, but if the handwarmer pocket bags terminated at the shirttail seam, they would form nifty internal pockets
Regardless I’ll get plenty of wear with it this fall and winter.

Apparently UPS decided to ignore the signature requirement. I really hope this is sitting on my porch when I get home from work [emoji15]

Same here. Left it on my porch. We have a fence but still. I look forward to seeing the fit pics @sabergirl !

thanks for these pics guys! they look great.
@mclaincausey, what size did you pick for this one compared to shirt/hoodie under it?
-
Looking good!!
Mine just showed up, I’m real glad I snagged one.
I’d say one of my favorite shirt. Going to wear it a lot this fall

@pechelman I very rarely stray from Large in IH, including this time–so I would say for me at least normal sizing left exactly the room I'd hoped for to layer. Sizing down as @Paul9221 did looks like a great move if you don't want to layer.

Perfect fit, @mclaincausey & @sabergirl !

Amazing shirt.. thought i could resist..
