IH-526L - 19oz Left-Hand Twill Selvedge Denim Type III - Indigo

@Mizmazzle the 19oz lefty denim is noticeably tougher from the get go than the 21oz selvedge denim. I also think there is an air of unpredictability about it too! Definitely some of the nicest fades I've seen come from the 19oz LHT denim

…I try to just wear a tshirt under it…Wear it like a shirt.
Did someone say something about wearing it like a shirt? [emoji848][emoji6]

really thought i liked the OD version of this more but you all are giving me hesitation with these photos
They are both excellent jackets but the indigo is where it's at IMO.

Here are some lefty fades for @Oaktavia. I haven’t worn this much lately but I wished all my jackets looked like this.
I like the way your jacket has those electric blue fades how’s it going? -
What a beauty @Gammaman! May I ask you how long you've owned this jacket?

Been wanting a 526L for a while missed out on the last restock ,found James Dant online has them in stock bit concerned about custom charges also is there any need for a initial soak ? Description little to No shrinkage .
Do I need to size up? Measurements for size M look spot on and match 526-PJ & 526-SL size L -

Do I need to size up? Measurements for size M look spot on and match 526-PJ & 526-SL size LI would say despite the stupid custom charges, it would be worth it. But that is for you to determine.
When I first got my jacket, I discussed with other members on this thread about soaking or not soaking. I ended up sizing up one after talking with folks here. It was huge on me when I first tried it on. Stiff as cardboard. I hot soaked it as hot as my bath tub would go for about an hour. What really worked out well for me was letting it dry partly overnight and wearing it damp to work the next day. I got shrinkage and it fit like a glove after it dried. It is my best fitting jacket as a result and the fade creases were perfectly molded to my torso and arms. Others on here have shared similar experiences and I highly recommend this route.

@adam313:
Hot wash, but the key is gonna be wearing it buttoned at the bottom before it dries. Time the wash so that a few hours later, you can walk around in daylight and do things in it while it’s slightly damp. If it shrinks in the wash, hopefully the stretch from the post wash wear will stretch it back where it needs to be.
