Iron Heart WAYWT - 2020 Edition

I look forward to the pics and thanks for the words of encouragement @Appfaff. This is a great direction for the duck, and it needs it to be fully appreciated
-
Fully agreed, you gotta work that duck
I'm thinking of getting a pair of duck jeans, just to break up the onslaught of blue. I especially like the pic of you on the horse with the duck @jordanscollected work wear working!
Is that a cupholder on our bike @Appfaff ? I've decided to get a pair of those birks, for around the house, but I know they will venture out a lot more too -
Of course it’s a cup holder. How else can you drink beer while pulling two 4 year olds?

I was today years old when I discovered this thread

IHSN-01-BRNFor the keen eye, you'll notice a denim jacket not listed above. That's a Rogue Territory cryptic cruiser. Which brings me to my question of the day. Those that own the 21oz denim jacket, is it just as comfortable as the 21oz jeans?
-
Never mind the ballooning pants, this denim
Is still in its “standing on its own” phase lol

Well now you know we can look forward to a long and storied career here [emoji4]
As for the 21oz, the short answer is yes. I have the OD’ed version and it is just as soft and pliable as the OD jeans.

Those boots are made for stacking with that cut of Jean. Great outfit @Jett129
-
I agree @Jett129 - there has been a "serge" of great WAYWT pics the last few days
-
Really loving the fabric, myself. I hope the re-sergence of interest in the fabric keeps it coming. I would love anything in a blue or gray shade. I think people would loose their minds over a double indigo serge shirt.
I know for a fact I would!!

I like your 777 fit Adam, they looks good w/ the cuff and boots.
For me:
80
IHSH spring herringbone
NO LOT
NBJordan, sorry I missed your post a while back. The 80 is more a tech infused- heritage hardshell, so it’s great at blocking wind/rain but not terribly warm. However, when it’s layered over my Primaloft IH vest or ArcTeryx Atom it’s plenty comfortable for a Missouri level of cold.

Thanks @Anesthetist. Minnesota winters can be brutal, and a really warm jacket is critical for some occasions. But so many of us go from home, to the car, to the office and around to the stores, and for those purposes the 80 could fit me fine as an outer shell. I have a plan in place for a me Xmas gift, it will be Iron Heart and if all goes as planned, an outerwear piece.
Your fit looks great on the No Lots. I’m considering doing a write up review of mine on Reddit r/rawdenim to drive some interest in the jeans. I think the lack of number behind them throws people off a bit, and I’d like to change that if I could.

I’m with you, they should have sold out months ago! Love my pair but wish I had left them 0.5” longer. My bad though and a minor grievance.
