Cool, thank you! You think a hot soak in the tub would give me less? Would be awesome if so — I feel like I have more control over a soak. Hey, only one way to find out, I guess…
Here you go… one of my first posts on the forum: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=5354.msg364686#msg364686

Cool, thanks so much, man! I think the main reason I like to tub soak or wash is that I've ended up with quite a few of the aforementioned weird marks when I use the washer. I think it's just because it tumbles stuff around and a lot of times fabric will get crumpled up in weird ways and can cause a bit of odd looking color loss (I know this is probably a little different than the white marks you were talking about, but nonetheless a similar concern). Plus my washer SUCKS. Don't think I'll be taking Consumer Reports' advice again
The amount of shrinkage you got sounds good, though. I'm gonna try for a hot soak soon and see what I get. I'll try to remember to measure before and after.

Love my IHSH-218.
The fades are coming, but very slow.
12 Months old, 3-4 wears a week…
Pics are coming - I´m waiting for daylight -
ETA on a restock in L/XL for this shirt? Will probably treat myself over Xmas and have a few things in mind, this being top of the list. If restock not expected anytime soon I will move down to item two and pick this up at later date.
Also, the description says this shirt will fade slowly and develop profound character. It’d be great to see any examples of this “profound character” as I’m generally a sucker for anything that progresses slowly…

That shirt looks really solid on you @xtcclassic
I basically treat all of my non-IH clothes like that one crazy ex that I ghosted.

Love this shirt. Bonus picture of a leather RRL jacket over it
Killer fit, this is next on my hit list.

For the record, it's February 26th, which makes it 218 Day 'round here. Johnny was born this day 1932. And if that's not cool enough–-how could that be not enough?---Johnny shares his birthday with Fats Domino and Mitch Ryder. Get out your Detroit wheels and Johnny on, Iron Hearts.
