Thanks @Kasi for $70 I got a really quality hat. Once the weather improves it’ll be a ranch hat. It’s currently 0 degrees and was -30f windchill late last week.

...actually rescued this stand-up from a saloon I frequented back in the day, Starck Cabinet Grand-Chicago USA.

...Got it for $200.00 ( rough shape, beer stains, pull tabs, assorted detritus...might have been a used condom in there also! ). ???

...$2000.00 to move and complete a 6 month restore. Perfect Ragtime/Blues player.

I’m happy to have two pairs. My 888-UHR have been worn a lot the past few years, but these have been taken out of retirement due to me weighing about one stone more than I should, forcing me to “rest” some smaller pairs. I had them up for sale and am now pleased no one bought them
