Hey everyone. Just got back from the doctors this morning. While my wound is healing and almost there, the doctors don’t want me to put any additional stress on it for another month at least. I’m happy because it’s healing and things are looking good. I’m sad because another month of no hiking is really eating away at me. At this point, I feel like I need to pass the torch and let the community wear my sample pair. I’d be happy to send these to a new home that can properly thrash them. @Giles  and @Alex  any thoughts on this? I know you want to showcase how the slubby will evolve before December and I don’t want to hold you up. I remember @Matt  said they were his size. I’m open to anything because I feel that these jeans need they love of wear before the official release.

I’m really sorry you’re not 100% but I’m glad you’re in the mend.  I’d be happy to take up the torch if you need an assist.  Just let me know.  Cooling off here so it’s the best time of year to hike.  Fewer rattlesnakes and less searing heat.  The desert will have its way with them I’m sure.
