A Thank You From Us
Another year draws to a close, and we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for everything you have done for us in 2021. In many ways, it has been a tough year for everyone, but your amazing support has been humbling during these troubled times. You have kept us busy, challenged and mostly in good spirits, so thank you very much for that. In appreciation of how fortunate we are to have a business we love and which continues to thrive, we will be giving something back on Christmas Day by contributing to several charities:
Sudden - an early intervention service providing emotional and practical support in the first ten weeks following an unexpected bereavement. Sadly all the busier over the last two years.
Survivors Network - who support survivors of sexual violence and abuse on the South Coast of England.
The NSPCC - The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. We hope that you have a fantastic Christmas and New Year, and if these are not holidays you celebrate, then have a great whatever you do.
Giles, Paula, Alex and The Crew.

Thanks folks! Merry Christmas to all!
If prime rib is a tradition, then so is making a horseradish cream and a stock of the bones and trimmings. Then a jus from the stock for a French dip on sourdough I melted some Parmesan on this one.
