A couple of shots on the Pilgrim.

Lucky you, always fun to go back multiple times. I had to return three times recently to find a toilet seat that would fit the inner, then outer dimensions of the rim, and then the correct thickness so that it would stay closed.

So it's all done. Pressured up, no leaks. The immersion heater actually heats up the water.
Knock me over with a feather
Admittedly, I have not fired up the engine to test if the heat exchanger works, but that IMHO, is least risk…...Which is why I'm waiting until @Ian72 is with me, because he actually knows what he is doing

The hull of The Sasga (working name = Ikigai), has been laid….
Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means your 'reason for being. ' 'Iki' in Japanese means 'life,' and 'gai' describes value or worth. Your ikigai is your life purpose or your bliss. It's what brings you joy and inspires you to get out of bed every day.

just curious, does the boat have wifi or do you have to wait for the boat to anchor near to shore to get data off your phones?
Just bought one of these.
Set up in the office today and tested it today with @Alex .
I cant remember exactly the download speeds we were getting, but it was at least 4x what we were getting out of the same SIM in a phone. And that was on the bog-standard antennae that come with it, we have a 4x4 MIMO external antennae, that should give us greater connectivity and longer range….
Boom

Enjoy it!!

2 days in, and we are fucked….He's pumping in 10 hour days and making us really work.....
But we are learning an amazing amount.
He got us to plan a longish passage today, then took the charts off us, turned the plotter off, and made us do it from our course notes....
Lots of slow-speed manoeuvring inc ferry-gliding...
The looking-through-the-windscreen device was deployed again.....
