Help with 666-XHS 25oz sizing

Hey guys,

I am looking to get an Iron heart 666-XHS 25oz. This will be my first Iron heart and a >19oz pair.

My waist by IH method (laid flat) is 37". I wear size 36 (36.5" waist) in Gustin straights and size 34 (36" waist) in Bravestar true straights.

Based on my measurement, my 666-XHS size should be 35 (36.7" waist). But the website description says to expect one inch shrinkage in the waist. So shall I size up to 36 (37.9" waist), which should shrink to 37" after the first soak? Do I also have to consider it stretching back out? In which case I should stick to size 35?

My pair neither stretched nor shrank by any noticeable degree.  I’d go with your normal size, cold wash and air dry.
