Very probably, they look very similar.  We buy all our roses from here:

And our Peonies from here.  I put about a dozen in the new cutting garden last year, they produced just 1 or 2 blooms each this year, but it'll get better and better as each year passes…

Hahahaha, @ROman you're too sweet.  I was looking very serious, probably concentrating on the recipe for the key lime pie I made for yesterday's Memorial Day barbecue - it turned out far from perfect but tasted good.
