Finally in wine country, Cafayate!
-
Woodworkers around here don’t care much for ruler-straight pieces
-
A very nice hotel in Cafayate which I hope doesn’t detract attention from the fine silhoutte of my bike!!
-
Hotel entrance, Patios de Cafayate. Right in the midst of a winery, El Esteco.

Well known Route 40 in Argentina with travellers headed to Ushuaia

A beautiful green Moto Guzzi V85TT at a showroom in Mendoza.

By the time we reached Neuquen, it was time for a beer. Even if it wasn’t the best ever.

And healthy appetizers too

This bike LOVES mountain roads…too bad she doesn’t get much of that at home.

great photos @motojobobo That bike is the perfect place to be after eating 2 black sausages with a bowl of cheese. The bike probably has 1201 cc's now

Yesterday we reached the southernmost point in out trip, San Martin de los Andes. We’ve rented an A-frame for the next four days, before we turn around and head north again.

great trip @motojobobo thanks for sharing

Perhaps an IH groupie motorcycle trip around Argentina would work nicely. Renting reasonable bikes may be the main hurdle. Good roads, excellent wine, nice food, very low prices and great scenery are all everywhere you turn.

Great pics @motojobobo .. I like the way the tenere rider has his spare tyres strapped to the bike… pretty novel!
