@Oaktavia mate that is a beauty lovely patina.
I’m a little unsure what route to go with the pale rider leave it for a year and finally paste or just leave it naturally.
Interesting to see what you decide to doI'll post here when I do probably around May or June.

Can’t be said enough… that jacket is bananas.
-
@Alex restock?
-
Is the sleeve in this also the black cotton twill lining?
-
@Link-Of-Time Yes, but simmons bilt have a habit of changing linings without telling us, so it may differ on the next run
-
@Alex No worries, as long as they don't suddenly switch it to quilted it's not a huge difference. I do find the stuff like viscose to be good for sleeves since it helps the shirt fabrics not stick to it. Thanks for the update!

Saw them on the palerider thread.. hanging on the rack.. any eta for the restock @Alex

Looking forward to a restock on this one as I’m on the hunt for a horse hide jacket (question - is ‘leather’ defined as cow skin in the garment world or is this too a leather jacket, albeit from a horse?).
I was torn between this and the pale rider but the love I have for my IHJ-86 makes me think this is the one for me. For those lucky folks that own one of these how did you size it relative to your other IH jackets? Thanks!
-
@Inorganic I typically wear XXL and XXXL in IH tops. I went with XXXL with my Extractor so I can layer it. The next batch might have different measurements tough so my answer may not help you.
