Talk about a restaurant with a view!
In this week’s Arctic adventure, Chef @denim-dawg summits one of the highest peaks in the Lyngen Alps to serve up a Scandinavian smörgåsbord of cold-cut cuisine. Infusing a flurry of flavours, this snow-cooked Norwegian delicacy is a culinary experience like snow other.
Keeping Double-D warm this episode is the brand new whipcord A2 deck jacket (IHM-40-ODG) which dropped on Monday - still a few sizes left, but they're selling quick if you're planning on grabbing one.

Filmed & edited by @Stitch - hats of to you for the amazing cinematography on this one!
Disclaimer: Iron Heart do not recommend eating snow that has not been freshly gathered from atop a Norwegian mountain, as it may contain contaminants that are unsuitable for consumption. Never eat yellow snow.

Wickedly entertaining @denim-dawg cinematography always exceptional but this one deserves an AMPAS nominee @Stitch

This might have been my favorite vid yet!!!
I’m curious, how far did you have to hike/ climb to get to this spot? -
@SamD Many thanks for your fruitful words! Love these intros. Also..please stay away from grey snow, black snow, old snow and.. brown snow is NOT dessert ...
@flannel-slut Superduper to hear! Haha.. Terje'll be thrilled to hear you nominated his cinematography for an AMPAS! Have a good one, slut.
@Aetas Rice will never be the same? Awesome to hear from you! Be safe.
@WhiskeySandwich Glorious! Keep the good times rolling!!
@pechelman Hahhaha.. lovely! Thank you thank you!! Best wishes to you
@endo freedom is the best medication - and that rock you have there looks pretty calming and good. Where is it from?
@T4920 Did you watch it in the MRMF? Cheers, mate, loving your leg!
@Karol You are just the kindest! Happy double happy to hear from you!
@Fades-for-future Really? Go eat some!! Follow your instincts! haha
@Blueband Glad to hear it - it tasted even better. Love me a proper steak... with a good crust. Snowsteak galore.
@ROman Ah, dude, that is lekker. Food is what brings us all together and unites us. Flavours of kindness. Hahah
@Mizmazzle Really?! Great to know!! It was wicked fun to make. And freezing.. especially with chef-plastic gloves on in a size too small..haha.. There are many ways to climb a mountain. What was the main challenge was getting there in time for the sun to break - and it was gone after a few minutes. Plus carrying all the equipment and gear upsizes a normal trek to a lot more challenging one. But the silliness of it all is worth it - and sharing it with you guys! We are fortunate to live surrounded by majestic alps, and most are within 1-2 hours drive. This took 1,5 hours drive each way, approx. -
