Hot soak that if you haven't already. The length will come up by about an inch and the widths will shrink minimally.

@twin agreed with the previous comments. Mine looked like this before I hot soaked it and then it fit like a glove.

Lucky I don’t use adhesives .. just basic tools to erect timber frame houses..
