WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY (PICS)
-
Heaviest snow in years here in Munich. Airport closed, public transport out of order, perfect time to take a walk through the park, grab some mulled wine just to return to a cozy and warm home.
-
Had oysters and duck pate at Luke last night. Thanks @mclaincausey Then went to a show at BJ’s in the Bywater for some traditional Cajun music. This town is just so much fun!!! Maybe not the best for 25oz XHS and a lefty trucker…but fuck it. If they can do it in Indonesia!!!
Heading to the WWII museum today.

@SKT oh yes, nothing compares to everything being covered in white. Helped some stuck cars but other than that nothing dramatic happened.
@Mizmazzle that food looks amazing and I hope you enjoyed your Espresso Martini. One of my favorite drinks lately
@endo absolutely. Works wonders against the cold and i was positively surprised by how resistant it is to the heavy snowfall. Barely got wet… And man do I love the big hood and the huge pockets. An absolute essential already

Now that looks fun @indigostiff
I remember collecting all kinds of gems and stones in my childhood. It began early with the OCDsJust finished the first 10k on my newly acquired anti belly machine, a WaterRower. Happy with the < 40min finish time.
-
@mikebarhoot congrats, we like our Ascent. good roadtrip car.
-
@pechelman thanks mate! Found it used at a great price and absolutely loving it! I’ll definitely upgrade to the smartrow at some point to see the actual performance in Watts
Good to hear you’re happy with it! Has the installation been easy? -
@weftyarn honestly, the installation of the SmartRow wasnt well designed but I made it work. If you get one and are confused with how to make the things fit the least bad way, lemme know, and I can take a picture of how I rigged mine. It's been solid since installed, and while I'm no Olympic rower it is about to hit 2million meters on it.
I was fairly rejected to get the much slower speeds going from the built in WR monitor to the SR power meter. It's about ~10s slower per 500m.
-
@weftyarn good times indeed! I have a rower, too - concept2. Am a cat’s whisker away from 50m.
