@Andymac For years I rode with the Motorcycling Polar Bears. Every Sunday from October to April you would ride to a different location and sign in. You got 2 points for riding your bike and 1 point for every 100 miles you rode,round trip. If you got 50 points you got a patch. As long as there was no ice or snow I would go. You were allowed to take your car twice.

Ride all year round, though thick snow will stop me!

First post … a lot of nice bikes here. Here’s mine for your viewing …

@Denman-John Love your 100th Anniversary Road King Classic. Are you the original owner?
-
@Jett129
No, I had a Springer Softail Classic at the time when this was released. Fell in love with the colour scheme when it came out and instantly fell in love. When it was time to look for a new(to me) bike, I knew where to start looking. Took me 1.5 years to find it and it only had 17,000kms on it when I got it. Been riding the snot out of ever since! -
@Denman-John I had a 2005 Softail Springer Classic. Loved that bike. Traded it in for a 2014 Heritage.
-
@Jett129 such a classic look to that, had to double check and make sure it wasn’t a panhead
-
@WhiskeySandwich When they put that bike out it was billed as a modern day version of the 1946 Knuclehead.
-
@Jett129 love that! was close, guess my HD history is fuzzy

Agreed that Jan 1st is a good day to ride, provided good weather. We lucked out weatherwise.

Stupid Harley brake switch left me without brake lights while I was out. Danger! Mr. Fixit time.

Sweet little yammy 2-stroke found on the streets of Bangkok. Bloke who owned it let me take it for a quick burn. Perfect ride for this insane city.

Yeah the guy had done a beautiful job. Battery gone, so kickstart only. The expansion chamber was handmade and so so pretty - you can kind of see it in the second pic. Just a lovely little bike.
