What's your favorite Beer?

@TelemarkTumalo Pliny is the best
-
@Denimhead-0 I rarely find this locally, but my neighborhood pub has had it on tap twice in '24. Sells out quickly, but they apparently have found a distributor to get it to them. Lucky me!

When I was first dating my wife, she got me six bottles of Pliny. I was already enchanted but that was next level awesome. You typically can’t buy more than a couple at a time in my market.
It’s Younger season out here. It’s great but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle for me now that I’ve had it.

@tody great for a third, or to share a can... but some of them have been unbelievably sickly, and I've struggled to get through full cans in numerous occasions
There's a bar near me that has a seemingly endless supply of Omnipollo that are past their best before date, price seems to go down everytime I'm in there, can grab the Biancas for £6 which is a steal considering the RRP, but I still have to be in the mood for one!
I allow myself nice beers when I'm out with friends, but no longer keep them in the fridge at home, cause things got a bit out of hand during the lockdowns...

You mean the ‚I bought me a dedicated beer fridge and suddenly I have 2000 check-ins on Untappd‘ kind of out of hand? I now exactly what you’re talking about…
-
@tody yes, that type of out of hand exactly!
I deleted my Untappd account because the constant compulsion to buy/drink/check in new shit was too strong. Come to think of it, around that time was probably when my IH addiction kicked in proper...
Worryingly, it probably costs me less than the craft beer habit
