An exceptional artist @GraemeE
He left his marks in Germany for two decades also.
Moondog was a Bach lover and there are still rumors about his performances.
To our many regional pipe organs playing Bach, he contributed with his self developed instruments.
He also conducted several times chamber orchestras at a local festival.
Unfortunately I’ve never seen him live. -

Have seen him live in 2014 with a big orchestra in Düsseldorf/Tonhalle. Absolutely amazing.

i was never happy with the original release, it was too much music for one record. this 3 record edition is superb in comparison (still shaky pressing as with most of Calexico releases)
