@Alex said in Bitch Please… FAKE Iron Heart?:
also shocking that it happens to be just slightly heavier than ours.

There no stubbornness compare to Iron Heart.

Shocking to say it’s heavier.

@Alex Fair enough. I don't know too much about IP law personally, but the one thing I have picked up is that "if you don't protect it, you lose it".

My first thought was: why do that just to save like a hundred bucks? Quality may be good, I have no idea—but I’ll bet it doesn’t match Iron Heart. Couldn’t possibly get the same customer service. So, just why? If it were cheap, that would be another thing—but that’s still a pricy flannel.

@sabergirl The reviews I’ve seen online are pretty consistent in that the quality/construction/sizing is shite. Could be my bias interpreting those reviews…

One of the bigger denimfluencers even told me that they pay people and/or give stuff for free to share on instagram about how great SoSo is. That they happen to suddenly be all over my feed was a bad sign, what I saw on the web about production and quality it was proof about my first impression

@Matt Did you know that Turkey is really cheap for hair transplants? You'll be in Europe in a few weeks anyway... And what good has your ass hair ever done you where it currently is?

@FlavourFade With the amount of clearance they seem to have, and the fact that they're following is....well, I can't even find one - I don't consider them even remotely being on the same level as Iron Heart.
But it's not just in reference to the quality that speaks for itself here, it's more so in regard to how a product can change a person, and apply a sense of growth to said persons life, which contenders just don't seem to be capable of.
Iron Heart has become more than it set out to be, by extending itself into the hearts of those who wear the goods, and you just can't buy that kind of review/response.
They may make jeans and jackets ect, but I can't find another denim company that has made a worldwide community/family like this one. That's the main difference I see personally.
Just thought I'd throw that out there

@Travis ...and that's why I'm here. As probably most of us did, I balked at the prices of IH when I first saw them online and was hesitant to make the leap. The thing that sold me is how @Giles, @Madame-Buttonfly and the entire IHUK crew interacted with me making that leap a little easier. @neph93 was also instrumental in that process and why I'm happy to be a mod today. If I can convince just one person to make that leap, then I consider my tenure as a success.
I came for the clothes, but I stay for the people.
