My Air BnB host recommended this. Can’t thank her enough, I love this place.

@AdamC It’s right at the Fratton train station close to my Air BnB which is right where Albert Rd and Lawrence Rd cross.

Holy cow that Brunch was phenomenal. On my second Flat White now. Then back to the Air BnB and pick up @markus_berlin_ and @Fades-for-future afterwards.
