Aikman, a QB, said “oh, cmon!” He probably could have played 5 more years if he’d been similarly coddled, and I can’t picture him flopping. With how bad he used to get hammered it has to be frustrating to see the likes of Mahomes and to a lesser extent Allen hacking the game in this way.
Meanwhile, the likes of your Jacksons, Burrows, Goffs, etc continue to get hammered by defenders without flags.
I get that it’s important to protect the QB and the quality of the game and its ratings go down when key players are hurt. But the league is failing to navigate that challenge right now in a reasonable, equitable way.
Just want the game called fairly and consistently even if there are rules I disagree with.

I feel exactly the same, and I feel like this is a vicious cycle where the refs reward and reinforce these kinds of shenanigans. It’s not going to improve without corrective actions, because it’s working and they’re winning.

My wife and I were day drinking all day yesterday during the games. She’s a die hard Eagles fan. After they won she was rather happy and more than a little buzzed. I took that opportunity to tell her I found a IHJ-124 I’m going to buy. She simply said, “oh!! I LOVE herringbone!!”
This may be a weekly strategy moving forward!!In the easy chair with my boots on, melted whiskey in my hand. Could'na been asleep for more than three hours...time to go to work again...

.I really hope the Bills go all the way at this point. They’ve been so close so often.
From a trolling perspective it would be hella funny for the Commanders to win so quickly after Snyder’s reign of terror. Cementing the legend of Dan Snyder on the Mt Rushmore of terrible owners.
I have no problems with the Eagles winning either. It really sucked that Hurts was denied a chance at history by the officials making an extremely suspect defensive holding call last time they were in the big game. Wondering how bad that knee is.

@mclaincausey I just figured the chiefs were the favorite so just gave them the least high dollar thing but I could up it a little haha.
I think I’m rooting for the bills at this point or the commanders like you said.
