The Iron Heart 20th Anniversary Party
-
Im sitting here waiting for the train with Katie trying to think of something profound to say about this weekend and I’ve got absolutely nothing. A full days worth of travel is hard enough but doing it with hearts this heavy is pure misery. There are far too many people who made this trip everything for us to name check so I’ll trust that each of you knows how much love we have for you. We already know we’ll be back. Hopefully sooner than later. Thank you.
I don't want to sound crass or grandoise or anything like that, but this weekend had a profound effect on me…
Seeing so many people who had never met before getting on so well with each other and having such a good time, left me feeling serene, humbled and proud.
I am so privileged to know you all and to be involved with a brand that invokes so much love and passion.
I think we have the ability to make these events ones that people will truly remember for the rest of their lives, and possibly change their outlook on life. To do that is another retirement goal.
…yeah, something like that.

(not so easy to get serious again after that dick talk …)
There was excellent beer, delicious food, good music - and of course our passion for good things.
But most of all there was an unbelievable amount of KINDNESS & LOVE.Thank you so much @Giles @Madame Buttonfly @Alex and the amazing crew of IHUK!

I have no words for what happened the this weekend. Thanks to everyone!
Will make sure to share all pics after I have gotten the chance to sort and properly crop them.

Had such a great time as well. Loved meeting everyone that I did, and still had plenty of people that I didn't get the chance to talk to. Next time, next time.

@weftyarn , thats a great jacket
It is! I looked at so many jackets over the past years. This is my first leather jacket after several fake ones I wore as a teenager and I think this will also be my last one!

For us at Cloud Construct, working with Iron Heart is something we never take for granted. We relish the challenges they give us and strive to deliver to meet their high standards.
It's that attention to detail, quality and genuine caring for everyone involved which led everyone to a common point in space and time together - uniting to celebrate a wonderful milestone achievement.
I know the IH team all put a tremendous amount of energy, time, sweat and no doubt some tears along the way to make this the resounding success it was - I for one salute them for a job very well done!
It was a genuine pleasure to spend time with and meet as many of you we could - Roger permitting (sorry he was a little boisterous at times - it was all too exciting for him). I'll try to spend more time on the forum to get to know you a little better. I too am feeling the Monday blues a little harder today after the fun of the weekend.
We're proud to be associated with the brand and hope to meet you all again for the 25th anniversary!

Well said Giles and so certainly true words.
Yesterday I had to get on the ferry to catch a train and didn't have the opportunity to say goodbye and say thank you to you and Paula, I would like to do that here. Thank you for everything, the journey is just beginning…
