@Daysleepers Thanks for the question.

Unfortunately we are currently out of the office so we cannot provide exact measurements.

However, having measured a similar Iron Heart cap, we have found that it is around 18cm - 19cm across at the widest part and 18cm for front to back (inside, from brim to snaps). We expect that this will be comparable.

This is subject to how tightly you choose to fasten the snaps though of course.

@Daysleepers Just measured mine for you - 18cm side to side, 20 front to back, so in line with what @Shaun said. That's with 3 more snaps available , so about 2 cm more adjustment. For some context I'd usually be a 59cm/7 1/4 in hats, medium to large in a motorbike helmet.

I’m generally a 7 7/8, so probably won’t work!

Why? Nick says that he is normally a 7 1/4 and he has 2cms more play with the 3 more snaps available. 2cms is about 51/64's and a 1/4 is 16/64's.

So 51/64's plus 16/64's is 67/64's.

7 + 67/64's is 8 3/64's which is larger than 7 7/8.
