Football (Soccer)

Watching that Mexico game on one TV while watching the Germany game on another at the same time definitely took a year off my life.
Brazil up next though…..time to get serious.
-
I wave my hands from now on for the teams, that are playing the most interesting football, without being hyper aggressive, theatrical or disrespectful!
I feel the same way. GO QUALITY soccer!

Henry can't see the screen properly.

Love the decor with the smiling vacuum cleaner… you should leave it exactly there!
I nurse my world cup hangover and try my best to get into the spirit that @Aetas has expressed above. I know he is right, only when one is emotional good reason has its limits in effect.
@Seul all is good. You were in numerous company. Germany has been so dominant in soccer for so long that we shouldn't begrudge others their "how the mighty fall" fun. Within limits.
At least the first public utterances of our guys were appropriate. Full admission, no lame excuses.
Try to sort of looking forward to England v. Belgium, two teams that were a joy to watch in their first games. Much in contrast to our squad. Strictly neutral, incidentally…
It's no excuse, it does not lighten the pain really, but what happened to the reigning champions in the past world cups now did happen again.

Unlike yours of Bayern Munich's losses?
Oh, totally unlike. Abso-f***-ing-lutely. We're talking about bloody Bayern after all. Ask the clear majority of my fellow countrymen outside of Bavaria. You're not a fan, are you? Much too nice a person to even consider that.
So clearly and fully and wholly… I am and will remain 100% unapologetic about this. Trust at least my buddies @Cole and @Finkster enjoy my anti-Bayern rants. Stay tuned for the next season.

Such a twat.
Amen to that, both of the UK channels doing the WC coverage (iTV and BBC) seem obsessed with giving him camera time, I can't stand the bloke!

England and Belgium meet on Thursday in the final round of games in Group G at the 2018 World Cup.
Both teams have qualified and have identical records for goals scored and goals conceded going into their third and final group match in Kaliningrad (19:00 BST).
What happens if it ends in a draw?
The top two positions will then be decided by the number of cards accumulated. England have two yellows and Belgium have picked up three.

Oh, I hope Japan score or something happens with the other match - I'm pretty sure the way things stand if other match is a draw Japan will be out…

I think she damaged her eyebrows:

Unhappy about the last African team eliminated. For a true World Cup, one team from the black continent through to the knock out stage would have been an asset.
Our guys were appropriately contrite upon their return, their very, very early return home. Incidentally, Lufthansa had called the aircraft with which they traveled outbound to Russia "Siegerflieger" (Winner's Flyer). The "Verlierer Flieger" (Loser's Flyer) now for the return at least also rhymes… well, almost as good.
