Where do we report issues with the new forum?

Pretty sure it only lets you change your rank to the level that correlates with your post count. Not sure about whether or not it'll auto update.

@Daniel-San Yes it will. The reason people have access to the certain titles is once your post count = a certain number, you get automatically joined to a group. As you post more and get access to more groups, you still have the old labels available.

im seeing the same issue with my profile---raw and unwashed with 1,6 thousand posts.
I know my old forum ranking was higher as well .Can somebody check? Thanks

You can set correct group yourself.

In the old forum, there used to be a link direct to the product, but I do not see it anymore. Is this dropped in the new forum?

Did anyone figure out how to get rid of that? I have to close out the website and reload now. It’s only on phone. iPad doesn’t have that problem

Until today I have only used the mobile version, so first I have to say the full-fat desktop version of the new forum is beautiful. I did notice though that on the desktop version, clicking the banner photo takes you though to the main IH website (like on the old forum) but this doesn't happen on the mobile version.

@kkibbey23 the side bar is annoying, sorry. It is linked to 'gestures' aka swiping on smartphones, but it not behaving correctly and getting stuck. We are on the case, but we had some other tasks to prioritise (links from forum to the shop) on Friday so didn't get a fix pushed. I'll be on the case Monday.

I'm noticing that I belong to the "Raw and Unwashed" group. Can't remember exactly, but I had a different group with the old forum. Is this grouping based on some numbers?

@Giles I am getting the error. Doing pics as I have done them before on old forum.

I click on the "Upload images" button below on the left, select a photo from my computer and then "Post quick reply". Works every time.

If that does not work for you, we need a detailed explanation of what you are doing and what errors you are getting for us to work out what is going wrong.

Same here, I changed it to no status in profile but might be nice to have old status back

Also I seem to have some probs in changing settingts, I tried to "paginate" the forum insettings, but after hitting save, nothing happens...
